How it works
You appear on the radar. Everyone else nearby who's also on Paer right now shows up as a circle around you. No lists, no feeds.
Tap a circle, see their profile, and hit Ping. That's the move. One tap — they get notified, no message required.
When both of you ping each other, the Snapchat bar appears. One tap and you're talking. Paer's job is done.
Built thoughtfully
Women see everything
Full profile photos, bios, interest icons — the complete picture from the start. She chooses who to ping.
Men see name and ID only
A man can ping a woman, but her photo, bio, and interests stay hidden until she pings back. No profile unlocks without her action.
No cross-gender radar noise
Men don't appear on other men's radar. Women don't appear on other women's. Only potential matches are shown.

"Ping back" state
or notification
You ping her
She gets a push notification: "Someone nearby just pinged you." Your circle lights up on her radar.
She sees your full profile
The moment she opens your profile, everything unlocks — photo, bio, interests. She decides if she likes what she sees.
She pings back
You get a push notification: "You've got a ping back — open Snapchat." The Snapchat bar appears for both of you.
Snapchat opens, you talk
One tap on the bar and you're in Snapchat with them. That's Paer's whole job — done.
When it's mutual, the Snapchat bar replaces the ping button. No inbox. No waiting. Just the conversation you were both about to have anyway.
